If you do this a few weeks before the end of GoodData’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. As part of a cloud-first strategy, it makes sense running the software in the cloud, you only pay for the actual use. The purchase cost of GoodData Platform may not be the most important costs, but maintenance and support of course do limit your future investment scope.
