Passionned Group is about to enter a new phase in which interim assignments are going to occupy an increasingly important role to help and retain clients. Changing market trends play an important role in this.
28 to 40 hours
He or she should be a driven professional with his/her own sales responsibility. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue by placing interim managers and specialists with customers. This means that you will know better than anyone else how to position Passionned Group well with prospects (new business). You should be a fully-fledged (substantive) discussion partner for clients and are perfectly able to comprehend issues and hiring needs, and you should be able to translate these things into concrete assignments.
Objective: development of interim services
Cooperation with the consultants in Passionned Group is important. For various specializations (Business Intelligence, Analytics, KPIs, performance management, CRM, etc.) you will generate implementation and posting assignments for customers who need temporary expertise in this area. The main objective will be the development of the interim services in existing business, especially the acquisition of new business. It is important that you have your own network, and also that you feel comfortable with the approach of existing and new clients.
Member of the management team
As a member of the management team you will also be responsible for determining the strategy and the implementation thereof. You will be required to report to the Managing Director. It will be expected of you to translate the strategy into concrete goals focused on your business. Networking is an important part of your position, as well as the expansion of the network. We are looking for a combination of results-oriented and entrepreneurial managers.
You tasks will include:
- Lead qualification, customer relationship management (CRM)
- Delegating interim assignments (indirect / direct sales)
- Recruiting new employees / specialists
- Contract management: renewing of contracts or expanding assignments

What we also require
Your profile connects to at least four of the following five points:
- Minimum 3-5 years B2B sales management experience
- You have demonstrable knowledge and experience at the cutting edge of Business Analytics & Consultancy;
- You have an appropriate network of IT managers / business managers
- Education to at least HBO (Bachelor) level
- Forerunner in the field of social media
The working conditions:
Passionned Group offers you an ambitious, successful and growing professional work environment. A job at Passionned Group begins with an intensive training course of 5 days. You also have the possibility to take additional development and training programmes through the Passionned Academy.
In full-time employment you work 40 hours per week and receive 25 holiday days. It is possible to adapt your working conditions and working hours (28 – 40 hours) to your own wishes. Your salary depends on your background and experience; a bonus is part of the Agreement. A company car, laptop and mobile phone are of course part of the secondary benefits.
