In this background article, we give a rough outline of our recently updated, independent CRM & Customer Interaction study of the software vendor SugarCRM and its product portfolio (such as Sugarcrm One). SugarCRM CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our survey than ServiceNow but slightly worse than Microsoft. Of all the categories in our study, SugarCRM scored the best in automation platform and scored the lowest on task management. We have been able to establish this objectively.
