On this page we give a rough outline of our 100% vendor-independent CRM & Customer Interaction survey about the software vendor SAP and its portfolio of products (such as SAP Customer Experience and SAP Customer Data). SAP CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our survey than Oracle but slightly worse than Pegasystems. What are the licensing costs of SAP Customer Experience and SAP Customer Data?

It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of SAP Customer Experience and SAP Customer Data costs because it depends on the country, the number of users (or the number of CPUs in the case of server software), the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. If you do this a few weeks before the end of SAP’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. In addition, it makes sense running the software in the cloud, for the most part, you only pay for your consumption then. The purchase cost of SAP Customer Experience and SAP Customer Data may not be the single largest expense, but maintenance and support can certainly put quite a strain on your annual budget.

What makes SAP CRM & Customer Interaction innovative
