In this comprehensive article we present an abstract of our recently updated, independent CRM & Customer Interaction study of the software vendor Pipedrive and its portfolio of products (such as Pipedrive Marketplace). Pipedrive CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our survey than Pegasystems but slightly worse than HubSpot. Of all the main criteria in our research, Pipedrive has the best performance in campaign management and scored the lowest on data quality. We have been able to establish this objectively. Within the context of CRM & Customer Interaction, we have put together the main advantages and disadvantages of Pipedrive CRM, and present them by component (CRM). We also point out the key functionalities of the software products such as Pipedrive Marketplace et cetera.

How does Pipedrive CRM & Customer Interaction score on different criteria?

In our survey we also looked at the various tools of Pipedrive software. We examined no less than 180 aspects. The graph below illustrates the strengths and weaknesses of Pipedrive CRM, in general terms. Please note that Passionned Group is 100% independent of the suppliers in our guide. The Pipedrive analysis was conducted by intercepting big data and from there it was inspected in detail. More than 253 documents have been scanned from this software vendor in recent times. Recently, we see a stable development when it comes to CRM & Customer Interaction functionality.

We reviewed Pipedrive’s latest updates of its complete CRM & Customer Interaction proposition. As far as we can tell, Pipedrive does not use an identifiable version numbering system.

What are the licensing costs of Pipedrive Marketplace?

It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of Pipedrive Marketplace costs because it depends on the country, the number of users (and/or the number of cores if you want to run it on a server), the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. If you do this a few weeks before the end of Pipedrive’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. In addition, nowadays it is recommended running the software in the cloud. You then only pay for what you use. The purchase cost of Pipedrive Marketplace may not be the largest cost item, but maintenance and support can certainly put quite a strain on your annual budget.

What makes Pipedrive CRM & Customer Interaction distinctive

In our study, we see that Pipedrive in the field of CRM & Customer Interaction software has several specific features which emerged distinctively in our research. This makes Pipedrive CRM more or less unique: outlook sync, call center CRM, pipeline reporting, reporting dashboards and import leads.
