In this comprehensive article we are showcasing the main features of our objective CRM & Customer Interaction survey of the software vendor Microsoft and its portfolio of products (such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot). Microsoft CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our study than Creatio but slightly worse than Oracle. What are the licensing costs of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot?

It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot costs because it depends on the country, the number of users, the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. And before the end of a fiscal quarter of Microsoft, you may be able to look forward to a decent discount. In addition, we recommend running the software in the cloud. You then only pay for what you use.
