In this focus article we give a rough outline of our objective CRM & Customer Interaction survey of the software vendor HubSpot and its product portfolio (such as HubSpot Sales Outlook and HubSpot Mobile App). HubSpot CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our independent study than Pipedrive but slightly worse than Zendesk. Of all the categories in our independent study, HubSpot received the most credits in reporting and does not have a strong focus on customer service management. We have been able to establish this objectively. It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of HubSpot Sales Outlook and HubSpot Mobile App costs because it depends on the country, the number of users (and/or the number of cores if you want to run it on a server), the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. If you do this a few weeks before the end of HubSpot’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. In addition, it makes sense running the software in the cloud.
