In this focus article we give a rough outline of our objective CRM & Customer Interaction survey of the software vendor HubSpot and its product portfolio (such as HubSpot CRM). HubSpot CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our independent study than SAP but slightly worse than Zendesk. What are the licensing costs of HubSpot CRM?

It is difficult to determine exactly what a license of HubSpot CRM costs because it depends on the country, the number of users (and/or the number of cores if you want to run it on a server), the connectors to data sources, and at what point in the year you request a quote. If you do this a few weeks before the end of HubSpot’s fiscal quarter, you may be in for a decent discount. In addition, it makes sense running the software in the cloud.
