In this focus article we give a rough outline of our objective CRM & Customer Interaction survey of the software vendor Kustomer and its product portfolio (such as Kustomer Crm). Kustomer CRM & Customer Interaction scores better in our independent study than CRMNEXT but far worse than ServiceNow. Of all the categories in our independent study, Kustomer received the most credits in customer relationship management and does not have a strong focus on lead management. We have been able to establish this objectively.
