Grow Smart Scenario Model (GSM)

The Grow Smart Scenario Model (GSM) provides a consistent means of measuring the five different aspects of the existing (BI) organisation.  Compatible with many of the well known management models, like the balanced Scorecard from Kaplan & Norton, the goal is to asses the existing situation in the five different areas (management, information, technical infrastructure, behaviour and organisation) and so to choose an appropriate (BI) strategy for the coming years.
