Leo de Vries

Leo de Vries is managing consultant at Passionned. He has a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering at the HTS in Utrecht, he also followed some courses in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Computer Science and Project Management. He is CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management - and PMI certified.

Leo has more than twenty five years experience in various IT roles in international business units of the chemical industry, he was responsible for the implementation of a number of SAP modules. He was responsible for the implementation of a CRM and business intelligence solutions, information and business analysis and project management.

In recent years, Leo worked in the banking sector and is linked to one of the largest CRM projects worldwide. In this complex environment he was Team Manager of the Siebel Competence Center and led a team of specialists in the fields of architecture, Siebel, configuration management and DB2. He has completed several innovative projects include the archiving of CRM data. He was closely involved in trouble shooting and improving production processes.

Leo is someone who takes challenges and works best in a complex environment in which must be performed and where deadlines must be reached He is an exellent communicator and gives a lot attention to improve communication and cooperation within the company, and is ideally situated in an organization where he can get everyone to a common goal.
