Blueprint & Architecture

Design and build a process-driven organisation and information architecture. Using the right people and the right technology is crucial when the emphasis is on providing maximum support for centralised company processes. We design the blueprint for both an organisation and an information architecture and then fill in the blanks with the different building blocks needed for company-wide integration: from Business Intelligence (BI) to enterprise portals, from Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The architecture is adjusted to fit all the relevant aspects of the most important processes within your organisation, and then based on the architecture, we define the services that are required, put together the teams and build up the necessary experience. We make a proposal regarding the different products and projects that are required and group them into portfolios to help develop the program management. As such the projects are implemented in phases, based on the ICT strategy, growing to form complete products.
