PricewaterhouseCoopers - a BI system has been built to help the Advisory partners and staff keep track of the key performance indicators. Additionally an independent tool selection has been carried out. Passionned has assisted PwC in this project in the role of Project Manager and advisor. "It looks good and I am satisfied with the results. The project was flexible and it all went well” according to Jan Maarten van der Meulen, partner on the Advisory board. Total project length: 14 months.

Temporary Employment Agency Start - we supported Start with the design and implementation of a Performance Management System including advising on the necessary tooling.

- University of Tilburg - assistance in designing the datawarehouse architecture and the tool selection for both process and data integration.
- University (Hogeschool) of Utrecht - development and teaching of the Business Intelligence Management module for the Master of Informatics course
Nuon - We assisted the Nuon Consultancy Group (NCG) in a project management role to develop a reliable project monitor. This (RDA) tool improves the effectivity of project managers and leads to result based coaching of professionals and a better match between the type of project and the project staff.

Brocacef - The customer data was spread over more than fifteen different databases and reports. The account managers were unable to get a clear view of their customers, because of the complexity of the source systems. A Performance Management System has been developed to provide insight into the critical customer indicators. Additionally we carried out an independent tool selection and designed the information architecture. Total project length 4 months.

Miss Etam - We helped develop a "best-of-breed" architecture for a retail datawarehouse. After an analysis of a number of dashboards, the key performance indicators, twenty five dimensions and the structure of the source systems we designed a global architecture and a process and data model. "At last we have the real insight that we have been wanting for the last 15 months" says Emil Wester, head of development.

Pon Auto Import - Coordinating an independent tool selection project and the design of a (CRM) portal containing both management and process information for the car dealers.

CIZ - a Business Intelligence system was built based on the Planning & Control Cycle to give insight into project timings, inventories and other performance indicators. Passionned assisted CIZ in selecting the best qualified staff and re-defining the complete Planning &Control Cycle. Total project length: 4 months.

Local Authority Delft - We coordinated this local authorities effort to develop a 3 year Business Intelligence strategy based on the Passionned Growth Smart Scenario Model. Additionally we carried out an independent BI tool selection which was the basis of the decision to continue with the products that were already being used for the middle term. "The project execution was excellent, clear recommendations and cooperation" say Eric Ossel, director of Facilities. Total project length: 4 months.

City Council Rotterdam - A business intelligence audit was carried out in just a few days. The intention of the audit was to examine four issues which were determined to be important to the growth process of the existing Business Intelligence System. Rotterdam choose Passionned because of their reputation for both competence and independence.
Ministry of Defence - Carried out the overall project management for a complex re-organisation on the orders of the Secretary of State for Defence. The central payment office for Defence had to be relocated from The Hague to South Limburg, which entailed the coordination of the work of several project teams. The re-organisation proposal was written, together with all the teams, and discussed with the staff association, the unions and representatives from the staff. Because of this professional way of working the project plans were quickly agreed including the necessary documentation and the various discussions with the appropriate bodies within the Defence organisation.
Dutch Police / ISC - Carried out the Project Management for various projects in the areas of public order and safety. The projects were the responsibility of the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Agriculture, the Police and the Fire Service and tackled new initiatives in the areas of disaster and crisis management including:
- The design of a system architecture for reporting incidents
- The design and execution of the practical testing
- Design of GEO services and a country wide incident room system
- Design and testing of a proof of concept for "location aware" services
- Development of a communal vision for the development of business architecture
- Recording the extent of the re-organisation problems in workshops
